REPLACEMENTS / CLAIMS / RETURNS

Delivery

All orders in Poland are shipped through the DHL courier service – deliveries to other countries and COD deliveries are made through the Polish Post. The parcel is supposed to reach you from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. The time needed for order completion in Poland is 2-4 working days;  for deliveries to other countries - 7 working days.

PRICELIST:
Payment upon delivery  –   PLN 22
DHL courier delivery    –    PLN 15
Shipments within the EU – PLN 70

Except for COD deliveries and for orders exceeding PLN 300 all parcels are shipped in Poland free of charge. For orders exceeding PLN 1000 deliveries within the EU are free of charge.

Replacement

If you would like to replace the product fill out the form which you can download here.

In case you wish to replace the product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. Send the product back to us with a filled out form and the proof of purchase  (a receipt). Remember that the product   returned without a receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted. Post the parcel to the following address, with a note REPLACEMENT:

THE PRODUCTS MUST BE CAREFULY PACKED AND PROTECTED AGAINST DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT

With regard to product replacement, the cost of delivery to MKTP is incurred by the Customer. The cost of delivery through the DHL courier service from the Seller’s warehouse is incurred by the Seller.  Any additional cost relating to the model replaced (if it is more expensive) shall be paid by the Buyer to the indicated bank account. If the replaced product is less expensive,  the Seller shall return the amount overpaid by the Buyer within 7 days from the date the replaced product has been received by the Buyer.  

Note! Subject to replacement are only BRAND-NEW products and in UNUSED condition

The replacement is possible if the product selected by the Customer (model, colour, size) is available in the warehouse. The time for replacement is 14 days once the shipment is received by MKTP. Note! Product replacement is an independent option and it does not restrict any right of the consumer to withdraw from the Agreement. Should there be any problems,  once the parcel is received we shall contact you by e-mail or by phone.

Complaint

If you would like to make a complaint about the product,  fill out the form which you can download here.  

You have the right to submit a complaint if any manufacturing defects are disclosed in the delivered product or when the product does not conform to the purchase order. In such event, please return the product with the attached form and a the proof of purchase by registered post to the following address, with a note COMPLAINT.

THE PRODUCTS MUST BE CAREFULY PACKED AND PROTECTED AGAINST DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT

All complaints shall be considered within 30 days from the date of receipt of delivery of the product in respect of which a complaint is made. If the complaint is reasonable, the defective product shall be repaired or replaced with another product that is free of defects. If  such replacement is impossible because of lack of assortment (the product is out of stock) the MKTP Online Shop shall refund the Customer the equivalent of the price of the product or will offer the Customer other products currently available in the Online Shop. 

All Products offered in our Online Shop are brand new products

All costs related to the return of the Product in respect of which a complaint is made (standard parcel delivery) are subject to reimbursement if your claim is considered positively. Note! Parcels delivered in a  COD-Payment upon Delivery  mode shall not be accepted.

Gift Card

A Gift Card remains valid for a year from the date of purchase, it is not a legal means of payment and cannot be converted to cash. A Gift Card is only an equivalent of cash and allows purchases only at the www.mojkrajtakipiekny.com  website. Your Gift Card can be used to pay for the whole order or a part of it.  If the order value exceeds the Gift Card value the Customer has to pay the amount of shortage.
Each Gift Card is assigned an individual password which, while placing the order, must be typed in the box ,,Discount Code”.  If the purchase value is lower than the level of card balance, the Online Shop does not have to make any reimbursement, however, if the difference is significant please contact us at the following address
sklep@mójkrajtakipiekny.com in order to agree how the remaining amount should be settled.

RETURN

If you would like to return the product, fill out the form which you can download here.  

Once your form is printed and completed, attach the proof of purchase (a receipt), and the product you are returning (without the proof of purchase the products cannot be accepted), and post it to the following address, with a note RETURN:

Important note! The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale only within the term not exceeding 14 days from the date of the order receipt. If 14 days after the purchase have elapsed, your request for the product replacement or return cannot be accepted.   

The return is only possible if the delivered product bears no signs of use and is in the same condition as at the time of delivery - with all the tags and labels. Once we receive the returned product you will be sent an e-mail confirming that the parcel has arrived. We will keep you informed if your request for return has been approved or rejected.

Should your request for return be approved by MKTP , you will be reimbursed the total fee paid to the indicated bank account.
