Do I have to register to place an order?

Your order can be placed without registering, however it is strongly advisable that you set up your own account for access to more advanced functions, such as checking the status of cargo electronically, creating your own shopping lists or purchase history, and a right to a discount in case of any further purchases.   

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Just click the icon "Forgotten Password”  below the sign-on banner in a ,,Log-in” tag, and follow the instructions.

Can I replace or return the purchased product?

Download the appropriate form from the Returns /Claims/ Replacements tag, then fill it out and send by post together with a proof of purchase and the product you wish to replace. Please note that the time for product replacement and return is 14 days from the date of delivery and only those items can be replaced or returned which are in the 'as new' condition. Do not forget to attach the proof of purchase which is necessary to process your request for the product replacement or return.    

The appropriate forms are available in the Replacement and Return tags. Please follow the instructions.

How do I make a complaint?

Download the appropriate form from the Returns /Claims/ Replacements tag, then fill it out and send by post together with a proof of purchase and the product you wish to claim. Your complaint will be reviewed by MKTP within 14 days.

How to choose the right product size?

Each product is assigned to the size chart in which you can find a detailed size description. Using the arrows from the chart just find your own measurements or the measurements of your best-fitting clothing.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are sent to and stored on your computer while visiting an Internet website. These files contain information  regarding the content reviewed and will be readable by the site when you visit it again.

Which payment methods are accepted by MKTP?

For your convenience you may choose the following payment options: bank transfer or payment order through the following payment gateways, such as PayU, PayPal, DOTPAY, including payment upon delivery.

How long will delivery take?

For most products available from the warehouse the standard shipping time in Poland is two working days from the date on which payment has been credited to our account. If the  delivery time must be longer, e.g. because products are not on stock at the moment, information on the delivery time will appear in the product sheet.

 

Are the products delivered overseas?

Yes, MKTP ships the parcels overseas. In the shipping options please select the name of country to which you wish to send the packet. In such event the cost of delivery might be changed.  

Can I add new products to my order?

If your packet has not been sent yet  and is still in the warehouse you can add another product by making a new purchase order.  In order to ensure such operation is successful, please contact us at  sklep@mojkrajtakipiekny.com , on Facebook or Instagram, in a private message.

How do I change my online order?

Please contact us directly on Facebook and make changes in your order using the personal account.

This option  is only available if the packet has not been sent to you yet.
